Engagement Models @ eXtendCode |
eXtendCode offers following engagement models for various services. eXtendCode provides assured value by linking project execution with realistic key performance indicators (KPIs), which become part of service level agreement (SLA).
Time & Material
This model can be used successfully where project scope and requirements are evolutionary such as in product development.
In these projects, it is critical that KPIs are defined to measure the value. eXtendCode uses eXtendCode Offshore Development Methodology (EODM) to deliver services, which can be measured throughout the execution.
Fixed Price
This model can be used successfully where project scope and requirements are static. eXtendCode works with clients to evolve the requirements. Once the project charter is defined, eXtendCode uses its well defined project methodology (EODM) to deliver services.
Full Time Equivalent
FTEs can be used to extend clients’s team. eXtendCode offers a plug and play model where experienced resources can be plugged into client’s project delivery team. eXtendCode resources become part of client’s extended team as virtual resources following all the governance (e.g. project, development) policies as applicable.
